Overview

This website is operated by Gray Throttle ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the site. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal purpose, and you may not try to interfere with how the site works.

Where we sell

We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders with a shipping address outside the US can't be accepted.

Products and colors

Our shirts are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences in color and print position are normal. Product images are mockups that show how the design looks on the shirt.

Prices and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a price was listed by mistake, the shipping address is outside the US, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Changes and cancellations

Because every shirt is made to order, you can change or cancel an order free of charge by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, production may have started and we can't guarantee a change or cancellation. See our Refund Policy for details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, address problems and lost packages are explained in our Shipping Policy. Misprints, damage, size exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site correct, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them at any time.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and logos on this site belong to Gray Throttle and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Photos and stories you send us

If you send us a photo or story, you confirm it's yours to share and that anyone recognizable in it is okay with it being shared. We will only post it on our site, emails or social pages with your permission, and you can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing us.

Third-party services

Payments and some site features are provided by third parties such as Shopify and payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gray Throttle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
